[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back not received | |||
I had purchased an samsung s9 mobile using hdfc cashback offer on 21/08/2018 from HELLO mobile store. The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days yet i have not receive the cashback. none of the local hdfc branches are helping me on this. they either say they have no idea about this or keep telling it will get refunded. Its sad for a bank like HDFC to treat their customers this way. Was this information helpful? | |||
