I have ordered moto z2 play smartphone through smart buy website on oct 11th 2018 and i'm eligible for 10% cashback posted to my account through hdfc bank debit card before 120 days. But still i didn't received the cashback amount of 900. Please look into this and resolve asap. I have attached the image for your reference.
