[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback on iphone purchase not received even after the date is passed | |
I purchased an iphone11 on 14 dec 2019 from reliance digital using hdfc debit card (Transaction id: [protected]) and as per the offer i was expecting to receive a cashback of 6000 from hdfc bank before 13 apr 2020. I haven't received any cashback till today. Customer care is not reachable via phone due to the covid situation nowadays. I want to know when i will get the cashback?
