[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback on purchasing iphone 11 as per hdfc credit card offer not received | |
I have purchased an iphone 11 from croma store on february 08, 2020. At that time an offer was running in which on making payment from hdfc credit card i will be entitled to rs 6000 cash back within 90-120 days. I made payment using hdfc credit card. The time has already elapsed. However i have not received any cashback till date. There is no way to contact them. Their customer care does not provide option to raise complaint in this regard. Even on their website there is no option to raised complaint on this subject. I want my cashback as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
