[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Charged annual fee on cancelled card | |||
I went to the bank and cancelled the card. They accepted and gave new free card. After 6 months i was charged annual fee on on my cancelled card. When spoken with phone banking customer they told they will refund in 1 week. Again after a Week i need to call phone banking. Process repeating from one month. I have not see such a worst bank in my life. Never hold any hdfc cards is the moral story. Was this information helpful? | |||

If you ask me to give rating for HDFC bank, It will be ...negative 5 stars...Yes It's right, HDFC is about for negative marking for its very very very very... poor services...
