HDFC Bank — Charging Incorrect Charges | |||
I, Mohit have a savings account with HDFC Bank, Manesar, Gurgaon Branch having Account Number # [protected]. I have taken a personal loan from your bank whose EMI is due on the 7th of Every Month. On 7th Feb 2021, the EMI didn't get deducted from my Account till 9 pm, however, the account has the amount for the EMI to be deducted. As am very much concerned about my CIBIL, so I paid the EMI using Netbanking at night on that day so that my CIBIL won't be affected. But to my surprise, even after paying the EMI on time, the bank charged a bouncing charge. Now I request you to reverse these charges as the EMI was paid on the due date itself. Otherwise, it Will be a poor example for those who pays their dues regularly on time and this will ruin your bank image among my family and friends. I haven't received any response from your Bank side. I just simply want to ask, Are you going to reverse these unappropriate charges charged or Should I register a complaint with RBI Ombudsman for the same.
