[Resolved] HDFC Bank — check not credited for more than 30 days | |
Hello, we deposited a $3000 check from bank of america into hdfc on the 27th august 2018. The check was debited in a couple of days but hasn’t been credited yet into our account. The customer service has been completely disappointing with nobody picking up. Please help us as this completely unacceptable and regarded as neglectful. We are about to file a fraud complaint through boa if this check doesn’t credit in a week and passing this information to the indian consulate. I have taken personal loan from hdfc and regularly the amount is being paid through ecs from andhra bank saifabad branch for an amount if rs 7181 i want to know the balance to be paid
