[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cibil score reported as defaulter | |||||
I was holding hdfc credit card 4 years ago. On that card, there was some due amount of 2000/- on my credit card bill in year nov'14 and at the same time, i have 5000 bonus point (One point=50p). So, i asked customer care to redeem that bonus point for my bill payment, for that, they suggested me to send a courier with filled redemption application on chennai address and i sent it Now when i check cibil score, it is reported as a defaulter. Dear sir, I have applied for HDFC credit card through online, all the verification process completed on 07th May 2018 as Residence & office address. received a sms as completed application process.but Showing in status as IN PROCESS. How many days to take approval for card...my application Ref No. [protected]SU

My sellf Atul Pund i m using HDFC Credit card, on 3rd may amt 14500 transition done it not seems till date in transition & i have to set EMI for amt 14500 but banks are not helping and customer care giving stupid answers.please look in to this matter . we are facing so many problems. hope you understood our concern and help us
