Dear team, I wish to bring to your attention that i am not happy with your service. I am wajid ali and my complaint no. "[protected]" that you give false promise every 3 day over phone conversation. My account details are : - Name: wajid ali Complaint no. : [protected] A/c no. : 19131xxxx27031 Credit card no : old card no. (545964xxxxxx3589) new card no. (5459-64xx-xxxx-0189) I clearly mentioned you, i want to close my loan. As suggested by your phone officer i was pay rs. 239, 246.62 for close my loan. Transaction id for this is "ib billpay dr-hdfcpe-545964xxxxxx3589". Please review given points where i stuck by you : - 1. I pay full amount for close loan process why auto deduct money from my account again? 2. Please refund my deduct amount. You guys waste my time at daily basis. You were promise that you resolve my problem cumming 3 days but till date "there is no solution of my problem". I follow you from 25 sep 2018. I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and return and refund the money to me or provide solution early as possible.
