HDFC Bank — Complaint about Bill payment to wbsedcl

I have made a payment of Rs. 1780.00 via Amazon pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of Jan'21 - March'21 against the consumer id[protected] on 09.01.2021, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.
Accnt No. [protected] debited with Rs. 1780.00 on 9th Jan 2021.

I have made payment of rs 1483, 00 on 12/08/2021.via paytm use Bharat QR (Electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (bildeskbqr. wbsedcl @hdfcbank) .but wbsedcl not yet payment. Please refund my money. My paytm account ([protected]).for Badal Bhakta.

I have paid ₹2794.00 through google pay on 22.08.21 to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank using the QR on the electric bill in respect of electric bill for the month of Sept'21 to Nov'21 upi transaction id[protected] google transaction id CICAgOCSIr-WIg from nikhil karmakar(state bank if India) [protected]@oksbi. The amount have already been debited from my account but not yet been received by WBSEDCL. It is therefore requested to refund my money to my account immediately.

I have done payment through qr code scan of wbsedcl through paytm...payment successful showing with upi reference no[protected]..on 3rd august 2021..but now electric dept. Told that they not received payment and ordered to cut off ..so now what can i do.where is my fault..already money deducted..
