I am getting a regular phone call on my no - [protected], for selling the policy. Each time i request to remove my number and they confirm that the number will be removed. Inspite of several reminders to remove my phone number from the data base, no action is being taken. I had already registered one complaint on 9th aug'17. But till date no action is taken. When i inquired from a call (Received from[protected] at 04:29pm, 07/09/2017) about the source of my data, i got information that there is mr. Ganesh chaturvedi, manager - regional office,, new delhi, who is circulating the number. The calls are very disturbing and annoying. Requesting to kindly take action on this. Verified Support Sep 13, 2017 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, I would like to inform you that post conducting the investigation and verification of the above mentioned contact no. by us, it is revealed that the mentioned no. is not associated and neither is registered with HDFC Life. Further, I request you to be cautious and on guard against such unwanted calls. Also, I would request you not to act on any such information received in the name of HDFC Life, or IRDAI.
