Requesting to cancel ongoing loan application[protected].
Loan is not required at the moment, and I would like to cancel the application - Requesting your assistance for the cancellation at earliest.
I contacted the team, but unfortunately the team is not purposefully cancelling saying the application by itself will expire in 30 Calendar days. This is highly unethical, when customer himself is requesting for cancellation of the application.
