AMB charges

Hi sir, I received this AMB charges last year and they took around 2000 and then I went to bank and tried to close the amount in the month of Jan 2025 - but they said I need to pay all the dues which was levied on my credit card so I further went ahead and paid around 3000rs and tried to close it and gave request letter for closure and they said you don't have any dues and they later said you need to disable Autopay. I took HDFC Life Savings Policy[protected] on 8th July 2023 for 40 years at Rs. 30000 per annum. They told me that you will get Rs. 12000 annual cashback in this. And after one year, whenever you want to surrender, you can do it, the whole process will be done online. I have deposited 2 installments (Rs. 63000). When I needed money due to some medical problem and I surrendered my policy, they gave me only Rs. 9, 000 and said that my surrender value is Rs. 18, 000, out of which you have already received cash of Rs. 12, 000, but they gave me only Rs. 9, 000. They gave me cash for the second year and not the yearly value mentioned in the policy. Because of which my EMI is getting bouncing and I am facing harassment. I kept my money in the bank so that I can withdraw it when I need it.

    Forced to take term insurance against home loan

      I have swiped an HDFC debit card for travel purposes, however recently I came to know that there is a. MARKUP deduction from my account. There was no prior intimation from the bank, nor an email.
