Am holding a imperia account with good transaction. And I applied for home loan though I am eligible got approval for that they mislead on products and the employee nagaraj behaved so ridiculous, he gave me wrong mod on the registration date he behaved like gundas and saying u can't get a loan cheque and me wait for 5 hours with retired IAS Senior citizens.

I've been HDFC customer since 2017. Recently a year ago, due to some financial issues, I wanted to opt a loan of 3L. I had enquired with HDFC team and I don't want to pay any foreclosure charges. Then I was told that if a customer is taking a loan of more than 10L there is no need to pay fore closure charges under golden edge scheme. I took HDFC Life Savings Policy[protected] on 8th July 2023 for 40 years at Rs. 30000 per annum. They told me that you will get Rs. 12000 annual cashback in this. And after one year, whenever you want to surrender, you can do it, the whole process will be done online. I have deposited 2 installments (Rs. 63000). When I needed money due to some medical problem and I surrendered my policy, they gave me only Rs. 9, 000 and said that my surrender value is Rs. 18, 000, out of which you have already received cash of Rs. 12, 000, but they gave me only Rs. 9, 000. They gave me cash for the second year and not the yearly value mentioned in the policy. Because of which my EMI is getting bouncing and I am facing harassment. I kept my money in the bank so that I can withdraw it when I need it.
