[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Corporate salary account freeze for cc outstanding | |||
My corporate salary account has been freezed by HDFC Bank with any intimation for my CC outstanding for which i have been following up for closure since last 10 months. I have been sending mails to each and every person within HDFC for getting my A/c settled however, not got any positive reply till date. I have been denied service across all avenues still they kept on charging financial charges along with Late fee every month. Multiple assurances has been given through there Collection agencies & Customer Care but no result. Now they are not ready to even revert to my mails. Was this information helpful? | |||
