[Resolved] HDFC Bank — courier not received | |||
From HDFC bank I have to receive a courier. Yesterday (15.10.2018) one person from blue dart called me and asked my address and I explained clearly. He said to me he will call back to me when he reached near to my home lane. But till now I haven't received a call from him. Moreover I received a text from blue dart today morning (16.10.2018) "because of address related issue we are unable to deliver your courier. Please contact HDFC for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days". I tried to reach blue dart person who called me yesterday but he switched off his mobile. In blue dart tracking my courier details showing in transit only. My courier detail is Way bill# [protected]. Please contact me for any clarification or assistance. Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.
