HDFC Bank Credit Card — Abusive and harassing calls from customer service

I am Manisha and my card no is [protected]. This is 4 to 5 years old card that I blocked in the year 2012 and paid the left over balance. Then after my mobile no gt changed and I moved to an entirely new place. Last year suddenly my mom started receiving calls from collection dept. for the payment of dues. The calls were made like 6 to 7 times in whole day.My parents are heart patients and cannot stand the calls. Finally they forwarded my number to the agents. But they never called me, and kept harassing my parents. Finally I made a payment of Rs. 5000 on march 31st 2015 on getting confirmation from the agent that he wold send the transaction history of the card and also help me settle down the whole balance. However, that agent never happened o pick our calls once the payment was made. and everything just stopped. Tried calling the customer service, but those didnt had any info to help me. and now after 1 full year, my mom has started receiving calls from the agents again on a regular basis. This is becoming ridiculous now, seems whole bunch of thieves have been sitting there in the dept. This is just to bring to your notice that there wont be any payment unless I receive the transaction history or else kindly stop harassing us else I will have to take serious actions against the organisation.
