[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card and personal loan | |||||
Dear concern, I have taken hdfc credit card and loan 2 years ago and i am out of country for some personal reasons, i want to close both the accounts and ready to pay leftover amount in one shot, but these people are not letting me do so as i have to present in india to close all the amount, i have been writing them emails and calling them to close and tell what amount money i have to pay, they are not responding. And as a process they are calling my family and harassing them, i don't understand why they can't close and how they can be avoid my problem, i am ready to pay but they want to cheat and want to earn more and more premium.
