The HDFC bank as gives to good service for customers.but bank employee and call center employees spoil to hdfc bank name on giving to worst service to customers.only take a incentive for the employee playing with customers cibil score on credit card application. i have current account on hdfc bank.branch employee says you have pre approved credit card so i will apply last 2 months before card was declined and i will contact the branch today they said again pre approved offers is valid so apply in today with employee knowledge nungambakkam head branch that card also declined. The bank will be playing with customers cibil score on without knowledge staffs for credit card process. and i have good cibil score for credit card approval. the approval in only bank internal policy that i know very well. call center & branch staffs not given to satisfied service to customers.they only playing with our life for own incentives am not mentioned my account number on this complaint in case the bank needs i will give sure Thanks Vinoth.M Was this information helpful? | |||
