HDFC Bank — Credit card application is in under review even approved

Some 5 days before i have applied for hdfc bank credit card. after online documents uploading i have received call from hdfc bank executive that your card is approved and you will get it in 7 days. after that video verification also done by hdfc executive but now after 5 days when i checked my status its still showing application is in under review? if application is approved before 5 days ago and executive said you will get it in 7 days and after 5 days how it comes application is in under review? then if application is in under review then why you guys made my video verification before 5 days to deliver my credit card.
since 5 days no msg from hdfc about my approval or dispatched then for what purpose hdfc made my adhar ekyc and video kyc?

after 6 days of ekyc and video kyc i raised complaint on mail and HDFC executive said your card was not approved then why hdfc executive called me before 6 days and said your card is successfully approved and it will be delivered in next 7 days and after that they made my video kyc too and ekyc adhar for what purpose? RBI please look into this matter. my application number - DCC[protected] phone number - [protected]. if application is not approved then after that why made me fraud call saying your card will be delivered to you in next 7 days and even they said to do video kyc for that too. and beofre they also made my adhar ekyc too. then what purpose hdfc bank doing this.
