HDFC Bank — credit card bill | |||
I have lost my credit card then i call to credit card department and also apply for the another credit card since 36 months i doesn't get my credit card but bank is adding the more bill every month while i have not get my credit card. And by the mistake of bank my cibil score is very low near then 310/950. And i have to face many problems due to this singlr account is negative i cant take a loan because they putt my score very low. I call them more then 15 times but they are not helping me insdeed they are saying to subbmit the outstanding. Which is very wrong way. I hove that you can help me. I can also report f. I. R on credit card department they they are not listing my problem after i called them many times. Was this information helpful? | |||
