Hello, I have applied for credit card on 9 june, but still my application is in process. None of your phone banking officers are happy to help and asking me wait for 21 days again and again. That's absurd. Being a classic customer, atleast i deserve some priority. It's more than 2 months but still no communication from your side despite my cibil score being excellent. Kindly train your support staff for better communication and let me know the status asap, else i'll be forced to close my account.
