[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
Bank person approached himself and asked me to take credit card without any maintenance charge for an year. So i took the card and thought of purchasing but due to my bad financial status i could not do so. But after a month one person from hdfc called me and said about one assist plan. Credit card itself being idle with me so i said for not interested with the plan. But the bank after an year stating that one assist has been activated for my credit card and have to pay the levied charges. It is not a charges for purchasing and also not a charges for non-payment but for the mistake of the bank. But through the phone conversation of customer care they are stating that they are ready for settlement. Which iam not wiiling to. Mistake from their side and asking for settlement. Kindly give me a justice. Or can i initiate legal action against them. My brother being in media can i get help from him. This fraudster behaviour of the bank is so annoying.
