[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
My credit card was issued one year back by the bank and i could not use the same for several reasons but one fine day all of a sudden one person called me and said me to pay 1200/- and i immediately asked why but their answer was irrelevant saying some plan by name one assist. I replied iam not interested with the plan and dont activate the same but after an year one of the customer care executive called me and saying you have done certain settlement and have to pay rs 5600/-. I enquired this with many of my freinds and their reply was very shocking that hdfc bank people they introduce new plans and for them we should payy the money and its been usual for them. They suggested me to not pay the money as you are not cheating them in any manner by taking certain items or so. So i suggest no one to open any bank account with hdfc nor take credit card.
