[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||||
I think it is the poorest service provider bank in the whole country. My application no.[protected]o1, which i submitted appx. 3 months ago. The executives have asked for my documents for more than 5 times and today i when i tracked the application it shows disapproved because of some they don't have required documents. The executives are so irresponsible towards customer and zero customer centricity is there. They opened my account by telling me something they have not been able to deliver.
