HDFC Bank — Credit card

Since 1 yr, I've been trying to resolve this issue with HDFC. I had requested HDFC for my CC cancellation. However, they still renewed my CC & wrongfully charged me renewal fee. Here are details
-15 Mar 2020-Last usage of my CC; I never used the CC again
-18 Mar 2020-Contacted Customer Care via phone asking to “CANCEL” my CC. The rep informed that PhoneDesk is short-staffed due to covid & can't take my cancellation request
-Between 18 & 19 Mar 2020, I spoke with 3 different reps on phone. However, they kept convincing me to keep using the CC & NOT cancel it
-23 Mar 2020-I sent email to customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com & [protected]@hdfcbank.net requesting to CANCEL my credit card. No response from HDFC
-1st April 2020- I sent another email to HDFC asking for status on my CC cancellation request; No response
-24 April 2020- I sent email asking for status; No response
-13 June 2020- I rec'd email HDFC. However, the email had no response to my CC cancellation request. Instead, this was a mass email sent to all HDFC customers saying “due to prescribed COVID-19 protocols, our offices are operating with limited staff. Please use our digital channels to address your needs”
-14 June 2020- I responded to above email & informed that neither HDFC's website, nor email & phone communication have been able to help me. Please look into my CC cancellation request. No response
-21 June 2020-I sent email to the bank asking Why no action has been taken on my CC cancellation + instead of cancelling, why HDFC renewed my membership & put charge of Rs 2500+GST+Finance charges. No response
-25 June 2020- I got email from HDFC. Again, it was a mass email sent to all HDFC customers & had no mention of my pending request for CC cancellation
-28 June 2020- I sent follow up email; No response
-2 July 2020-I sent follow up email; No response.
-After above email, there was no communication for the next 6 months until Dec 2020
-4 Dec 2020- I received email from HDFC's CC team. However, there was no mention of my CC issue. Instead, HDFC offered that they will roll back GST charges but I will have to pay the card renewal fee.
-10 Dec 2020, I replied asking HDFC to pull out all my previous emails. I had requested cancellation in March through email. Still, HDFC did not cancel & rather renewed the membership forcefully without my consent.
-15 Dec 2020- I sent email asking HDFC why they're not investigating & reversing membership renewal fee, which was wrongly put by them.
-16 Dec 2020, I sent another email asking if there's someone in the CC team that I can speak with or meet at HDFC branch to settle this matter. No response from HDFC.
-Between Jan 2021 & Feb 2021, I started receiving calls from HDFC’s Collection Department asking me to pay the renewal fee + the interest fee put by the bank. I tried explaining the reps that this was actually a mistake from the bank’s end, but there was zero level o[censored]nderstanding. Within a month and a half, I received more than 160 calls from HDFC’s collections department, sometimes at 6:30 am in the morning. The Collections Department harassed me by constantly calling and not listening to what I had to say about the wrong charges put by the bank.
-Till date, there's no response from HDFC reg:
1.Why my request for CC cancellation was not acted upon?
2.Why my CC was forcefully renewed even after requesting cancellation?
3.Wrong billing of CC renewal fee+Interest+Financial Charges+GST.
4.Mental agony & continuous harassment through Collection Agents & Wrongfully impacting my CIBIL Score.
5.Wrong reporting to Credit Information Bureau which lowered my CIBIL score.
6.If the bank was short staffed in March 2020 & could NOT work on my cancellation request, why should i pay the renewal fee for the card which has been wrongly put on my account by HDFC?
I have complete Documentary Evidences in this regards. Please help me in getting a logical response from the bank and get them to correct their mistake.

The link that you have shared is of no use to me. It does NOT accept my Complaint Number. I keep trying to enter the Complaint reference Number which was provided to me by HDFC Escalations Team but the link does not recognize it. This is the Complaint Number : <AUTO> 'HBL=[protected]'
and the text that i'm trying to enter is "[protected]" but it doesn't work. Please suggest.
