[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card charges | |
Hdfc bank credit card is charging about rs 1500 per month as late fee and finance charges. It is debiting charges since january 2018. Now it has cumulate to rs. 16000. I am unable to understand as how to deal with it. However, there is nothing outstanding for any expenses. Help! I have been chasing bank many times to block it. I requested many times to reverse charges. Earlier only finance charges were being applied gradually late fee started to apply each month. Now gradually late fee has been doubled. Now the bank is threatening that it will ruin my cibil ratings. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
