Hi sir, My name is nashath aara, i'm from chennai. I have requested for credit card closure by sending the closure form to credit cards division, chennai. I have not received any response. My credit card is not yet deactivated. Kindly deactivate my credit card permanently. I have paid the outstanding dues. Please deactivate my credit card as early as possible. Verified Support Nov 23, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your letter seeking closure of your credit card ending 9814. However, we were unable to process the same as the signature in our records does not match with the signature in the letter.
