Ur credit card collection team is illiterate and ill-mannered i think u people should stop selling credit cardwhen u can't maintain customer my this month due date got over n i couldn't pay i told the lady to pag by 1st of sept. And the way she spoke n called my mother the another no. Which is logged with u. I think u people don't know hw to be in customer relationship. Wow no audio attachment option grt. Hi Team, HDFC Bank collection team doesn't have any intention that from customer to get payment rather they just want to make note that every month th they are calling customer and interest rate will get increased for their customer. I have observed that past 5months no one is ready to resolve the issue rather every month last week
