dear sir i have deposit cheque for my credit card payment in your hdfc bank naranpura branch, date:8/5/2015 ahmedabad .but till date cheque is not debit to my idbi bank account .so in this cash not my mistake i request to your cusomer care officer please wave my penalty than i do balance payment in 24 hours but your customer care department not agree to wave charges so do the need full and give reply.
