[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card documents verification/misuse | |||
Hello sir My hdfc credit card reference number is [protected]w2 provided by bank. i was called and offered an hdfc credit card for which i handed over all my documents to hdfc bank in last week of july and i was assured that the credit card will be sent to me in 10 days. they verified and asked me to wait. i was continuously following up with them and then they informed that the status stands cancelled without providing me any valid reason. when i asked them to return my documents they agreed however since then i am following up with them and i believe my documents are sent back and forth though not to me. please look into this or let me know how may i proceed with the legal action against hdfc bank for causing mental harassment for about 2 months now.
