[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card duplicate debit | |||||
I used my credit card for payment to TATA Sky, i got debit message twice. However tata sky has been paid once. HDFC has charged me twice for the same transaction and the issue is open since more than one month now. Double debit for single transaction. I received an email for sending supporting documents- I sent them in email to cc disputes team. No action since a month. I have received statement for march'17 and I will not pay for charges i have not done. Please help.REF :- [protected] Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
