[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card financial charges

This is omprakash my customer id is 59231504, I was brought TV in flipkart on August 2016 of Rs.35100 while ordering i had cnoverted the money into EMI it was not reflected in my credit card unbilled transaction. So i called to customer care service & spoke with representive regarding the issue they said it will reflect after the statement generation. I was waited till statement generation but purchased amount was not converted into EMI again i called to customer care & informed about all things happened they easily saying you will pay this amount we can change into emi after statement was generated, if this was the procedure you people's have to check and respond before statement generation. I raised a complaint about this but no responds from HDFC customer care so i stopped to pay my minimum due. I received call from one of your excutive on Dec 2016 stating kindly pay your minimum due and ask the customer service to convert the amount into emi. So we have paid the minimum & called to HDFC customer service on Jan 2016 that time total interest applied to my credit card is Rs.12000 So i spoke with your representative regarding my emi convertion and financial charges. Actually I asked to reverse the two months financial charges applied to card Rs.6000 I will pay the remaining to in a single payment. What they said is he cannot do that he suggested for settlement so i said ok to proceeed. He transfered my card to settlement team on Jan 2016 but i received a call from settlement team on Mar 2016 that time my credit card total financial charges is Rs 20000. Daily am calling to customer care they are saying card moved to collection department, I called to collection department they said still your card in customer service you have to speak with customer care also one of collection executive said we will call after 18th of April actually my bill generate on every month of 19th if they will call on 18th april means again this month charges will apply. When i asked to transfer my credit card to settlement department my total financial charges is Rs.12000 and now it is above Rs.20000, this is the procedure following in bank norms you have applied the amount into high then you will deduct as settlement right. I dont like to continue the relationship with HDFC, I will pay what i have use & retun your card. So revert the all charges applied to my card
