Dear hdfc This is regards to the failure of services promised, i am a regalia card holder and enrolled for glbal value program after thoroughly reading the terms, conditions and eligibility, heres a link of the same https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/global_value.htm?ver=0.[protected] After making international transactions worth over 3 lakhs in a statement cycle, i was denied yatra voucher, saying my card isnt eligible Points to note This program is available for the following retail credit cards - gold, titanium, platinum plus, signature, world, titanium edge, platinum edge, solitaire, solitaire premium, superia, regalia and infinia. May 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, though got an email after posting on consumercomplaints, that executive was unable to solve the issue either, as a final measure i have written to the senior management [email protected], who unlike the low rung staff werent complete morons and genuinely took an effort to provide me what i was due for, it did take some time but i got what i needed HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
