I have been constantly getting calls by a collection agent of yours for a credit card i have been using for years. Extremely rude and abusive, i have told him clearly its a holiday today and to call me tomorrow, however, he calls persistently and talks with a demeanor, i believe not fitting your company. He says his name is tarun, the nos im getting the calls from are: [protected] [protected] 66710505 48175700 66710404 71263630 66710606 33685830 And many more Late payment or not, this is not the way your organization can allow employees to talk to customers I would appreciate a prompt reply, and what action has been taken against the said employee.
