[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card information not updated properly to cibil | |
Hi, Hdfc credit card account number:[protected] There is no proper contact numbers for credit card issues related to complaint about my issue. I saw that credit card was issued in 21/mar/2006, but neither received and nor used the credit card, but it was updating into cibil that i have not paid the amount. In cibil, it appears balance amount and sanctioned amount was same. I was wondering how amount overdue is 1, 280 rs? Is this not misleading and blackmailing customers? Don't understand how it impact customer credit score. Please help me on resolving the issue asap and get better credit score. Was this information helpful? | |
