HDFC Bank — credit card is not delivered

I had applied for a credit card though hdfc bank, meanwhile you had send it to me through blue dart courier. I lost the text message too. Kindly resend me the message with courier number.

It has not been delivered to me, kindly look at this issue and help me out.

I was not able to find a solution through your customer care. Please resolve the issue quickly.
