[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card issue | |||
Hi, This is joginder, 6 months ago i got hdfc credit card. when i was getting the card i asked the executive that if i shop from this card for more than rs. 30, 000, so can i pay that amount in emi option. the executive said, yes you can pay the amount in emi option also. But, when i purchase the items for more than rs. 30, 000, and asked them to convert the amount in emi and i will pay, so they refused and said, you have a new card so the emi option will come on your card after 2 months. so i paid minimum due amount which is rs. 3000. After that i again asked to them that when can i get the emi option to pay the amount. they said, the emi option will come on your card after 3 months, i again paid the minimum due amount. Now its been nearly 6 months, sometimes they said that you don't have an emi option and sometimes they that the emi option will come on your card after 6 months. I am fed up of paying the minimum due amount which 3000, they are not listening my request, now i complaining about the hdfc credit card company for taking me granted.
