[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card negative balance: how to pay? | |||||
I purchased 5 air india tickets to andaman using this nasty credit card. Due to andaman cyclone, i had cancelled the tickets and air india has successfully returned the amount back to my credit card. My credit card which had already received the amount from my bank through autodebit, now refuse to transfer that amount back to me (Bank account). I tried to contact their customer service with people don't understand any indian language even english (Zero iq). They keep on reading the my card statements in a loop for ever. They never replied to any of mails either. I will recover the amount, but i wish to teach hdfc little lesson, to lesson their fake pride!
