HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our records, we had re-dispatched the card to your mailing address through Blue Dart courier vide airway bill number [protected] on October February 20, 2018, and the same is in transit. We confirm that the same will be delivered within 3-4 working days. We seek your patience in the interim.
