[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card not processed & documents submitted for credit card not returned | |||||
Had submitted my id proofs - pan card copy, aadhar card copy, company id card copy, residence address copy - to hdfc bank representatives for the purpose of applying for credit card, on 10-aug. Though they assured delivery of card within 7-10 working days, there has been absolutely no progress or any update for 3 weeks! On asking to cancel my application & return the documents i had submitted, there has been absolutely no response and there is no way to raise a complaint regarding this. None of my calls are returned by the rep who took my documents! Writing to priority redressal has been useless too as they always reply with some standard mail template without even bothering to check the status Screenshot attached shows application in process, but this has been like this since 10-aug Was this information helpful? | |||||
