HDFC Bank — credit card - payment not seen effected

I have recharged my videocon D2H account bearing ID no.73494640 yesterday with my HDFC credit card ending with 9114 for Rs.590. The payment was made and I got a confirmation message in my mobile regarding the same at 20.31.51 on 11.06.2015 that the amount was spent on VIDEOCON63495. But my D2H service is not recharged yet. Please do the needful.

The payment was made and I got a confirmation message in my mobile regarding the same at 15:21:19 on 05.11.2015 that the amount was spent on VIDEOCON63495. But my D2H service is not recharged yet. Please do the needful.
