[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card payment was unsuccessful but money deducted | |
Hi sir/madam, My credit card transaction was unsuccessful but money deducted. And the deducted money not reverted yet. The transaction amount is rs. 52425.23. The transaction was done at lufthansa airlines website - https://www.lufthansa.com/gc/en/flight-search. i talked with lufthansa airlines customer care and they said that the amount didn't reach to lufthansa and should get reverted within 4 hr.
