HDFC Bank — Credit card payments and changes | |||||
Hi Forum, i have been usiing HDFC Credit card since 4 years properly i have given my registerd email ids 1 my personal email id and working email id, but i have from working company and so that i requested to change my email id to personal emails id instead working emailid.but that was not happened after 1 years also still i am not getting email statements to about my payments, due to this confusion i was stopped to paying emi s which they said peding only 1 emi left that time i was paid thta emi but when i was called to customer care, later they are saying and 2 emis are peding..many time i called and lost my patiency and requested for hard copies and soft copies no use, later i lost my cibil score and now i am not able to process loans in any bank, , now the emi money is 65000 and i paid more that 9000/---but they are saying that 1376 Rs are pending. and they have closed my card for further usage, for card usage they have charge 2500 for year, and i have to get around 6500 Rs redeem points from my cards points and i lost everything because of misleading HDFC credit card department and back services... i am requesting please take a complaint against this Bank..can check my voice records with hdfc customer services care center how many times i given complaints on my issues no solution for those but payments they increasing by monthly charges...instead of 64000 i have paid more than 12 thousands and loast my valuable cibil score...
