On 16 dec 2016 we received a message of 4200 & 5000 was spend on my cradit card. I called to helpline no and informed that some body is doing fraud with my cradit card. Also on 12 th dec 2016 rs. 4979 & 4998 by pay tm was misused on my card & has informed hdfc managerrajesh awasthi mob no [protected]& again same thing heppend with same card.. I. Request to block the card first. & blocked my card in 5 min. Then-rec call fromhdfc cust care that in 45 days will cradit all 4 - amount. Transection of 12 th dec rs. 4997 & 4998 was cradited in next statement. But 4200+ 5000 istill pending, do need fulll.. Card no-[protected]. Name _ vikaram desai-[protected] mob no

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

we observe that the transaction of Rs. 4997.00 and Rs. 4998.00 at M/s. PAYTM.COM NOIDA IND incurred on December 12, 2016. We wish to inform you that the merchant processed the credit for the aforesaid amount and same is reflecting in your January 2017 statement. We note that we have responded to your e-mail on April 28 2017 regarding the disputes transaction for Rs. 5000.00 and Rs. 4200.00.
