HDFC Bank Credit Card — Saving account kept on hold

I have issues HDFC credit card in the month of Feb 15 I lost the same in Oct 15. Same has blocked and new card has been issues but due to some reason it was not delivered to me after that i have not received any statement for new card or that new card is not linked with my saving account. It was showing no active card in your account. I was getting call from HDFC for payment of outstanding against new card. which I have not accepted because new card i have not received yet nor any statement for new card. I am receiving statement for old card only. after visiting HDFc bank i came to know that I can make the payment through net banking against my old card also so I did the payment and I have received the mail confirmation for the same but still HDFC has blocked my saving account and holded all the money from my account for non payment of credit card. after so much disscussion they are now agreed that they have received my money but now they are not returning my money saying that they will take full amount of outstanding and remaining amount i will received in the month end after deducting extra charges and all. Kindly help. How should I trust and make the payment against card which I have not received and no statement for the same and nor linked with the account. regards, Supriya

you cannot trust HDFC, they have lots of gundas, few visited my home too for collecting credit card outstanding. keep inform in writing to Police Commissioner of your City all the incidents.
