[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card settlement

I need to close my credit card and am ready to pay it right now am not able to reach the person.
I was charged for more money in my card as u can refer my old transactions i was paying it in time manner. I met with an accident and am not able to continue my job as well on that time my charges were increased, am not affordable to pay that much, plz reduce the amount and i can pay it right way. Plz help me out.

Dear Customer,

we wish to inform that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges. You may refer to the below link for details of the same.

Sir,
I vivek customer of hdfc bank. I deposited 500 rupess in hdfc bank. but amount was showing -850 .I raised complent but no body knows exactly information about mirevenue hold through GEFU. This is not correct. With out any information how it works
