[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card statement | |||
I have been using your bank credit card since 8 years. With deep regret i would like to inform you that i have been making the payment of the credit card statement regularly but still your bank have charged financial charges, late fee and etc for which i am not liable to pay. I have even dropped a mail to your customerservice hdfc saying that to drop your superior/senior person from hdfc bank to resolve this issue at the earliest. My card have been blocked for the past 4 to 5 months and your bank is generating the bill with no sense. But your back end team and collection department are sending your collection boy to collect the payment without informing the card holder with no proper identity proof.
