HDFC Bank — credit card transaction refund

I have done transaction of Rs 10949/- through payzapp for purchase of mobile phone from flipkart 12/10/2018. Due to network issue the transaction was unsucessful and amount was debited. i have not received any order confirmation from fliplkart. i called the flipkart team also for refund but they said that they were not having any information. I called hdfc customer care and sent emails so many times. They have not provided the resolution. Eventhough continuios follow ups have made, the issue is still pending. Kindly provide me the refund
