[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card unauthorised transaction | |||||
On 11th January at 4:12 morning I got a message from bank that my card has been debited for rs 750.60 on Amazon prime membership. I never login to this site for months. I called the phone banker on same time and got my card blocked. Please give me the interim credit for that disputed amount. I have also sent emails with attached dispute forms to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but got undelivered. I have sent the attachment from my office email address mukesh.[protected]@nttdata.com but never received any acknowledge of that. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have order cheque book twice through net banking but still not received my chequebook. I have got the SMS that it has been dispatch but still not received cheque book
