HDFC Bank — Credit cards | |||
I Have a big time problem with the credit cards issued by HDFC bank, whatever credit limit was promised in each card and what is shown in covering letter that comes with the credit card is wrong as per the customer care representatives and they are stating what is promised by the sales team and what is mentioned in letter and the credit balance shown in HDFC atm counters for the cards are wrong and a complaint is raised to check on the same ref# [protected], even after confirming from the local bank branch that the credit cards have individual credit limits the customer care is not ready to accept on the same and stating that the people in the bank and the atm machine is giving wrong info, need help in sorting this issue on top most priority, attached the covering letter for both credit cards Was this information helpful? | |||
