[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit settlement | |||
I got a card way back in 2004 and I was missold by HDFC bank executive then by saying there is no annual fee, however to my horror I got first bill after 3 months which was having an expense of 900 and 1000 as card charges . However, I refused to pay 1000 which was card charges and paid 900 which was my due and got it settled . Just applied for a loan and to my horror they have put the status of loan as credit card written of and I am not able to take a loan . Worst, they passed the status to CIBIL after 13 years . This is absolutely ridiculous . I have my salary account with HDFC and I want to snap all the ties with them right away if not entertained . Was this information helpful? | |||
